March 8 International Women's Day – Emphasizing the Value and Labor of Women

As UDEM A.Ş., we wholeheartedly believe in the indispensable role of women in both social and professional life, and we honor the presence and contributions of our female employees at every opportunity.

In celebration of this year's March 8 International Women's Day, we prepared and shared a special video on our social media platforms reflecting the value we place on our female workforce. This sincere and meaningful video received numerous positive responses, and it has been a source of great pride for us to share our corporate culture and the importance we attach to women's labor with the public.

To crown the meaning and significance of this special day, hand-crafted tile ("çini") gifts were presented to our female employees. These unique pieces were sourced from "Adoş’un Çinileri," an artisan workshop run by Adalet Yücel, a tile artist and the mother of our Administrative and Financial Affairs Manager, Ms. Münevver Yücel. Through this meaningful gesture, we highlighted the beauty of women's labor while also contributing to the support of productive, entrepreneurial women.
